Recognized training with a statement of attainment being issued by Allen’s Training – MSC’s Training Partner to all participants

Members of the Emergency Control Organization (ECO) will complete the recognized training program to ensure a sound background and knowledge of their responsibilities and expectations in being a member of the Emergency Control Organization.

Recognized units are PUAFER005 (Warden) and PUAFER006 (Chief Warden). All ECO members with the baseline competency can then maintain their skills and knowledge through annual refresher theory and practical sessions. The refresher sessions will be practical scenario training based on each sites EMP. The learning program and materials are based on AS 3745 – 2010 and meets all OHS legislation and regulations.

A non-accredited learning program can also be delivered and tailored to staff. This training is based on the accredited information but delivered without the backing of a nationally recognised qualification.
